A Note from Andrea

I’m genuinely excited to work with students and young adults through First Bloom — a coaching initiative created to support you during important moments of growth, transition, and self-discovery.

This program isn’t about “fixing” yourself or pushing harder. It’s about learning how you grow, how you respond to challenge, and how you build skills that support you well beyond school — in your work, relationships, and life.

First Bloom offers a supportive, structured space to pause, reflect, and intentionally develop in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Program Overview

First Bloom is a focused, six-week coaching experience designed to support personal, academic, and early leadership development.

Program format:

  • 3 one-on-one coaching sessions

  • 1 hour per session

  • Sessions held every two weeks

  • Practical, reflective, and growth-focused

How the Program Works

Session 1 — Clarify

We begin by exploring what you want to grow in. This might include:

  • confidence

  • stress management

  • boundaries

  • motivation

  • direction or decision-making

  • leadership presence

Together, we clarify your coaching focus and you’ll leave with a small awareness practice to begin noticing patterns in real life.

Session 2 — Commit

This is the anchor session of the program.

You’ll receive a formal coaching document that outlines:

  • what you’re working on

  • why it matters to you

  • the habits or patterns you want to shift

  • the practices you’ll experiment with

This becomes your personal development roadmap — something you can return to long after the program ends.

Session 3 — Integrate

We reflect on what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown, and we create a carry-forward plan so you can continue developing with clarity and confidence beyond the program.

Between Sessions

Growth happens between conversations.

Between sessions, you’ll be invited to:

  • try small, real-life practices

  • do brief self-reflection (journal, notes, or voice memo)

  • bring what you notice back to the next session

There’s no expectation of perfection — just curiosity, honesty, and willingness to reflect.

What This Program Is (and Isn’t)

This program is:

  • a supportive space for growth and self-awareness

  • practical and skill-building

  • focused on long-term personal development

This program is not:

  • therapy

  • academic evaluation or grading

  • performance management

What You’ll Gain

By the end of First Bloom, you’ll have:

  • a clear personal development focus

  • a formal coaching plan you can continue using

  • stronger skills in:

    • self-reflection

    • emotional regulation

    • communication

    • intentional decision-making
